Using Earth Day to relaunch the U.S. as a leader in the global effort to combat climate change, President Joe Biden is set to host world leaders for a virtual climate and announced a new goal for the U.S. to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by perhaps as much as 50% by 2030.
