One year later and there exists reasons for optimism
We’re quite certain that anyone working in the dental field faced numerous challenges in the midst of the global pandemic. Offices, (including our’s) were temporally shut down. It’s also our hunch that out of caution, patients cancelled appointments, resulting in a lessened demand for staffing – we, like so many, experienced first hand the effects of trickle down economics.
With over 20% of the population being fully vaccinated, and nearly 50% of adults having had one shot we are finding the demand for staffing to be on the increase daily. We have had a portion of our staff working remotely and are realizing in the ensuing weeks, that we will all be able to return to our workplace. In preparation of this slow yet consistent return to business as usual, we are ramping up our staff.
