One Full Time Dental Hygienist needed for a dental office in the Lincoln Park Area of Chicago, IL. Days and hours are Mondays AM shift (7:30am-2:30pm), Tuesdays PM shift (1:30pm-8:30pm), Wednesdays AM shift (7:30am-2:30pm), Thursdays PM shift (1:30pm-8:30pm), Fridays AM shift (7:30am-3:30pm) totaling approximately 36hrs per week. Pay to be discussed and benefits include a $2,500.00 signing bonus, up to $1,000 per month in additional bonuses, commuter allowance, Figs scrubs, dental/medical/vision coverage, 401k + match, flexible spending, health savings account, disability insurance, PTO, paid holidays, laser certification course and CE opportunities.
