Medicaid provider, supervision of mobile school team needed to travel to Chicago Schools providing direct supervision of hygienists and expanded functions dental assistants, enjoy treating children and delivering preventive care. Dentist must be enrolled as a Medicaid Provider or be eligible to become a Medicaid Provider have evidence of negative TB test, proof of vaccination for Covid 19 and have proof of insurance as required by the City of Chicago. Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to and from schools across the Chicagoland area. Part time Mondays through Fridays average (8-3) with evenings, weekends and summers off. Compensation is $600/day.
