Dental Hygienist needed for a dental office in Skokie, IL. We’re seeking someone who is passionate, reliable, and eager to make a positive impact on our patient’s lives. Pay to be discussed and benefits include health, dental, vision insurances, 401K plan, paid holidays and PTO. Qualifications needed are an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from a CODA-accredited program, a active Illinois Dental Hygiene License, a current CPR/BLS certification, excellent communication, customer service skills, knowledge of health and safety regulations in dental hygiene. Experience with Dentrix Software is a plus. The hygienist role is to conduct initial mouth screenings, review patient’s health histories, educate patients on oral health, proper dental care, take x-rays, maintain accurate patient records, sterilize dental instruments, manage supplies and work in a multi-doctor practice. Hours of operation are Mondays through Thursdays (7AM-8PM), Fridays (7AM-4PM), Saturdays (8AM-2PM) and Sundays (9AM-2PM). Willing to hire 1 or 2 hygienists.

A Chicago, IL school based oral health preventative program is in need of a Dental Hygienist who is good with children and will travel to all Cook County Chicago Schools, carry own equipment (equipment includes an Asceptico chair, Dental Works Pro Seal 1 unit, a Milwaukee box on wheels for all the supplies, and a laptop) and have proof of Covid Vaccination. You will see 20 children per day. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, willing to travel within Cook County, ability to lift and carry equipment for set up/take down (up to 50 lbs), able to walk up flights of stairs on certain occasions for some schools may not have an elevator and travel one Friday a month back to the office located on the northside of Chicago, IL for supplies and dropping off a USB. Days and hours are Monday through Friday (school hours). Pay is $500.00/day and can be either W2 or 1099. No Benefits.
