A Chicago, IL school based oral health preventative program is in need of a Dental Hygienist who is good with children and will travel to all Cook County Chicago Schools, carry own equipment (equipment includes an Asceptico chair, Dental Works Pro Seal 1 unit, a Milwaukee box on wheels for all the supplies, and a laptop) and have proof of Covid Vaccination. You will see 20 children per day. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, willing to travel within Cook County, ability to lift and carry equipment for set up/take down (up to 50 lbs), able to walk up flights of stairs on certain occasions for some schools may not have an elevator and travel one Friday a month back to the office located on the northside of Chicago, IL for supplies and dropping off a USB. Days and hours are Monday through Friday (school hours). Pay is $500.00/day and can be either W2 or 1099. No Benefits.
