A Chicago, IL school based oral health preventative program is in need of dental assistants who are good with children and will travel to all Cook County Chicago Schools. Must be certified in coronal polishing and sealants. Days and hours are 30 minutes early first day, Monday through Friday (8-2 or 9-3). Working a school day (evenings, weekends and summers off). Pay is either $30/hour or pay per procedure. No benefits. Successful completion of all CPS background and security clearance required. Evidence of negative TB testing and proof of vaccination for Covid 19 needed. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to lift and carry equipment for set up/take down (up to 50 lbs) and ability to walk up flights of stairs for some schools may not have elevators.
