Experience with dental administration preferred. Basic daily dental office tasks: answering phones, scheduling patients, checkout collecting payment, answering patient questions, file insurance claims, managing treatment follow up, patient out reach, ability to discuss treatment with patients, fill last minute openings, dental software experience, typing skills with 5 years minimum experience. Days and hours are Mondays (7:30am-4:00pm), Tuesdays (6:30am-4:00pm), Wednesdays (9:00am-12:00pm), Thursdays (6:30am-1:00pm) and Fridays (9:00-12:00) approximately 30-35 hours per week. Pay scale is based on experience and benefits include sick pay, paid holidays and dental benefits.
